Here’s an overview of what we do:

Properties

• Apartment Communities  – We offer apartments that any resident would be proud to call home, and that any owner would be proud to call an investment. We currently manage more than 112 multifamily properties, comprising nearly 18,000 units. This includes more than 5,000 units that we developed or rehabilitated ourselves and still own today.
  
  
• Shopping Centers  – As the largest developer of community shopping centers in Virginia – and one of the largest in the nation – our centers boast a variety of local, regional and national retailers. We manage 45 retail properties totaling over six million square feet.
  
  
• Office & Industrial Space  – Our portfolio includes more than two million square feet of space ranging from Class A office buildings to flex space and industrial warehouses. In fact, one of our properties is home to Norfolk’s only Fortune 500 firm, Norfolk Southern Corporation.
