Among those current projects, The Wells Fargo Center, a $150 Million mixed-use project, is now open in the heart of downtown Norfolk, Virginia. The Wells Fargo Center includes a 22-story office tower, 50,000 square feet of retail, 162 luxury apartments, and 1,850 parking spaces.
