Exciting Projects Underway
S.L. Nusbaum is currently working on numerous development projects including apartment complexes, shopping centers, net lease properties, and mixed-use projects.

One of our most exciting development projects is The Wachovia Center, a $150 Million mixed-use project in the heart of downtown Norfolk, Virginia. Opening in the summer of 2010 The Wachovia Center will include a 22-story office tower, 50,000 square feet of retail, 175 apartments, and 1,900 parking spaces.
