2 Rivers Apartment Homes, Williamsburg, VA (Under Development)

2 Rivers Apartment Homes will consist of two phases, totaling 119 units on a 14.54 acre site in Williamsburg, Virginia.

The first phase of the community will consist of 59 apartments. Offering spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floorplans. Each apartment home will feature a fully-equipped kitchen, enhanced with granite countertops, sleek black Energy Star appliances, and an attractive layout with 9 foot ceilings.

Additional finishes will include wall-to-wall carpeting, luxury vinyl tile flooring in kitchens and baths, mini blinds, high efficiency heating, cooling and ventilation systems and walk-in closets. All units will also offer patios and/or balconies.

2 Rivers Apartments was designed utilizing innovative elements and construction techniques which qualify the development as NGBS Certified at the Silver Level.

The community will consist of residential buildings that are three (3) stories with pitched roofs on an expansive, wooded site.  Residents will have access to open spaces on the over 14.5 acres that include a range of indoor and outdoor amenities to entertain, engage, and provide a serene living environment.

Amenities will include a clubhouse with fitness center, a business center with Wi-Fi access, free parking, an extensive tot lot, a dog park, a multi-use field, a cabana, a grilling patio, and other outdoor activity areas, all in a natural wooded setting.

2 Rivers Apartment Homes was designed by TS3 Architects PC, Siska Aurand Landscape Architects, Inc., Details Interior Design and AES Consulting Engineers. Harkins Builders, Inc. is the General Contractor.

S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. worked with AGM Financial Services and TowneBank to secure financing. Overall construction costs will total approximately $26 million.
