Read F. Goode, Jr.

Read specializes in commercial land development and sales. In his role of Regional Director, he oversees brokerage, business development and administrative services of the Richmond office. He serves as the office’s Principal Broker and manages all day-to-day operations.

SELECT TRANSACTION EXPERIENCE

In his prior experience with RealtiCorp and Goode Land Company, Read spent fifteen years acquiring  eleven commercial land tracts totaling 185 acres.  He zoned, permitted, developed, leased-up and sold the following developments that all totaled nearly $200 million in value:
