Stephanie specializes in landlord/owner representation and tenant/buyer representation for industrial brokerage throughout Hampton Roads.  As a landlord/owner representative, Stephanie prides herself on the creation and implementation of aggressive marketing plans and constant communication with her clients.  Stephanie has the distinction of being one of the few commercial agents in Hampton Roads to have both the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations.
