About Jerry
Experience

Jerry is a Senior Vice President in the commercial brokerage department at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. and has been with the firm since 1986. Throughout his career,  he has concentrated on brokerage throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and is also a licensed broker in the state of North Carolina.  He is an equity partner in several commercial properties located in the Hampton Roads area.

With an overall sales and lease volume of nearly $100 million over his career with S.L Nusbaum Realty Co., Jerry’s transactions have included commercial and industrial land sales, as well as a variety of leases and assemblages, with end users ranging from railroads to automobile dealers.
