• EIS, Inc. has leased 38,022 square feet of industrial space at 1157 Production Road, Spaces A-H, Section 5 in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers and Andrew Myers handled the transaction.
• Boaters Warehouse has leased 6,848 square feet of retail space at JANAF Shopping Yard in Norfolk, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
• Ninja Japanese Steakhouse has leased 6,278 square feet of retail space at Landstown Commons in Virginia Beach, VA. J.C. Wynkoop represented the tenant.
• Batteries Plus has leased 2,500 square feet of retail space at Marketplace Shoppes in Williamsburg, VA. Stephan Gordon represented the landlord.
• Weave Got It has leased 2,298 square feet of retail space at JANAF Shopping Yard in Norfolk, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
• Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches has leased 1,728 square feet of retail space in University Shops at ODU. Michael Gurley represented the landlord and J.C. Wynkoop represented the tenant.

• Joseph Mersel brokered the sale of the Two Bunch Palms Resort & Spa in Desert Hot Springs, CA, for $7,000,000.
• 130 London Bridge LLC has purchased a 16,744 square foot office building located at 3630 S. Plaza Trail in Virginia Beach, VA from James Heffernan for $1,200,000. Chris Zarpas represented the buyer.
• Elite Motors has purchased .689 acre and improvements at 1730 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach, VA for $375,000 from Southeastern Virginia Properties, LLC, a subsidiary of TowneBank. Mark B. Warlick, SIOR represented the seller and Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the buyer.
• 2 Victory LLC has purchased a 20,000 square foot industrial building located at 2 Victory Court in Portsmouth, VA from TNG Properties, LLC. Michael Myers represented the seller.
