Doug Aronson is the Senior Vice President & Senior Managing Director for SLN Capital Markets, a division focused solely on investment sales of single and multi-tenant properties. Doug rejoined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2020 after spending several years in South Florida, most recently with Colliers International where he spearheaded the NNN (triple net) net lease division for the firm’s Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale offices.

Doug has been recognized as a consistent top producer and has won multiple awards and accolades for his production. He has been quoted in trade publications and is often tapped to provide market insight to both private and institutional investors.

Doug started his commercial real estate career with S.L. Nusbaum in 2005. Before that he was an Emmy-Award winning television news reporter. He also had a long-running stint as a drummer with a nationally touring rock band. Doug is a licensed broker in Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida with clients and business throughout the United States.
