LEASES:

  • The Bounce House has leased 9,391 SF of retail space at JANAF Shopping Yard in Norfolk, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • EVMS has leased 5,500 SF of warehouse space at 1150 E. Olney Road in Norfolk, VA. Doug Aronson represented both the landlord and tenant.
  • Olive Ole Accessories has leased 5,138 SF of retail space at JANAF Shopping Yard in Norfolk, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • Blockbuster has extended their lease on 5,000 SF of retail space at Suffolk Village Shopping Center in Suffolk, VA. Ron Rowe represented the landlord.
  • I Can Child Care & Learning Center has leased 4,200 SF of retail space at the Shoppes at Wythe Creek in Hampton, VA. Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling represented the landlord.
