Norfolk, VA - (February, 2011) - S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

LEASES:

  • Grand Furniture has leased 30,000 SF of retail space at the Best Square Shopping Center in Norfolk, VA. Bill Overman, CCIM, John Wessling, CCIM and Katie Hotta represented the tenant.
  • Dollar Tree Stores has leased 13,711 SF of retail space at Suffolk Plaza in Suffolk, VA. Ron Rowe represented the landlord.
  • Auxiliary Systems, Incorporated has leased 10,160 SF of industrial space at 316 E. 22nd Street in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers represented the landlord and tenant.
  • The Madison Loft and Terrace, LLC has leased two additional office spaces totaling 6,737 SF at the Madison Office Building in Norfolk, VA. Doug Aronson represented the landlord and tenant.
  • Williams & Sherrill has extended their lease on 5,000 SF of office/warehouse space at The Rivanna Business Court in Midlothian, VA. Bob Butcher represented the tenant.
  • Hershey Creamery Company has leased 3,430 SF of office/warehouse space at 1926 Wilroy Road, Suite A in Suffolk, VA. Michael Myers represented the tenant.
  • YY Salon has leased 3,000 SF of retail space at 2300 W. Main Street in Richmond, VA. Read Goode, Jr. represented the landlord and tenant.
  • Professional Beauty Supply has extended their lease on 3,000 SF of retail space at Lynnhaven Crossing Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord.

  • Michael J. Pelfrey has purchased Autocraft Collision Center located at 901 S. Military Highway in Virginia Beach, VA from Teach Tech 4, Inc. Ross A. Weinstein, Esq. represented the seller.
