NORFOLK, VA (July 2020) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that Kelley Brown has been promoted from HUD Compliance Specialist to Assistant Director of Affordable Housing Compliance.
Kelley has been with the firm for 19 years. She joined community staff in 2001 and was promoted to the Corporate Compliance Team in 2003. For the past several years, Kelley has been responsible for all HUD compliance items.
She now steps into a role of greater compliance team leadership, which is key to the continued growth of the company’s affordable housing management business.
