NORFOLK, VA (September 2017) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the ground-breaking of The St. Paul’s Apartments, a 126 unit community located in the heart of Downtown Norfolk, between Wood Street and Bute Street. Miles Leon, Thomas Johnson, III and Richard Counselman of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. led the Development Team on this venture. 

This project was a coordinated effort with non-profit partner, ForKids, Inc., the City of Norfolk, Norfolk Redevelopment Housing Authority, St. John’s A.M.E. Church, Virginia Housing Development Authority, AGM Financial Services, Wells Fargo and HUD.

The design team includes TS3 Architects, Siska Aurand, The Livas Group, Pace Collaborative, Speight Marshall Francis, Details Interior Design and Langley & McDonald. Construction will be completed by Hoy Construction Company. The development is expected to be completed by first quarter 2019.

This vibrant community will offer one, two and three bedroom apartment homes and feature fully-equipped kitchens, walk-in closets, patios or balconies, a clubhouse/community center, a swimming pool, playground, BBQ area, fitness center and a dog park.
