NORFOLK, VA – (September 2018) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $14 million in sales and lease volume on 66,395 square feet and approximately 12 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • CycleBar has leased 3,500 square feet of retail space at Hilltop North Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Richard Jacobson represented the landlord.
  • Osaka Ramen and Sushi has leased 3,165 square feet of retail space at The Shops at University Village ODU in Norfolk, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord.
  • Massage Envy has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at Virginia Center Marketplace in Glen Allen, VA. Bob Butcher represented the landlord.
  • F45 Training has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at Short Pump Crossing in Henrico, VA. Andrew Thacker and Bob Butcher represented the landlord.
  • Smiles of Chesapeake, PC has leased 1,920 square feet of retail space at 109 Gainsborough Square in Chesapeake, VA. Ashley Bussey represented the tenant.
  • Tabor Electrical Construction, Inc. has leased 1,500 square feet of industrial/flex space located at 1509 Technology Drive in Chesapeake, VA. Chris Devine and Sam Rapoport represented the tenant.
  • uBREAKiFIX has leased 1,400 square feet of retail space at Short Pump Corner in Richmond, VA. Andrew Thacker and Bob Butcher represented the landlord.
  • Kenadie Homes, LLC has leased 1,064 square feet of office space at Courtyard at Providence in Virginia Beach, VA. Seth Norman represented the landlord.
  • Biringer Builders has leased 1,006 square feet of office space at Sycamore Square in Midlothian, VA. Andrew Thacker represented the landlord.
  • Aerocare Holdings, Inc. has leased 800 square feet of retail space at 918 Halstead Boulevard in Elizabeth City, NC. Ashley Bussey and John M. Profilet, SIOR represented the tenant.

SALE TRANSACTIONS:

  • Oxford Kingson Apartments, LLC has purchased 9 acres of land for the development of 240 apartment units in Fredericksburg, VA from Southpoint II, LLC for $5,040,000. Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the buyer.
  • ROTB, LC has purchased a 5,034 square foot commercial building on .32 acre located at 210 25th Street in Virginia Beach, VA from The Innate Company, LLC for $2,040,000. C. Cheyney Cole, CCIM represented the seller.
  • Riptide III, LLC has purchased a 9,119 square foot commercial building on 1.3038 acre located at 2710 W. Mercury Boulevard in Hampton, VA from George and Sharon B. Pitsilides for $700,000. Mike Zarpas, Chris Zarpas and Chris Devine represented the buyer.
  • Shri Shiva Vishnu Temple LLC has purchased a 9,958 square foot office/retail building on 1.077 acre from IET, LLC for $525,001. Pierce Jacobson, Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the seller.
  • Taylor Made Holdings, LLC has purchased six office condo units totaling 5,502 square feet located at 801 Poindexter Street in Chesapeake, VA from The Gateway at Sono Development, LLC for $397,650. Sam Rapoport and John M. Profilet, SIOR represented the seller.
