NORFOLK, VA – (March 2019) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $17.1 million in sales and lease volume on 146,604 square feet and approximately 7.25 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • Boil Bay, Inc. has leased 9,600 square feet of retail space in Southpark Square located at 1829 Southpark Boulevard in Colonial Heights, VA. Graham Sheridan and Nathan Shor represented the landlord.
  • Hometown Rentals has leased 6,031 square feet of retail space in Waterlick Plaza located at 3412 Waterlick Road, Suite D, in Lynchburg, VA. Nathan Shor and Graham Sheridan represented the landlord.
  • Home Builders Institute has leased 5,915 square feet of flex space located at 2550 Ellsmere Avenue in Norfolk, VA. Ashley Bussey represented the tenant.
