NORFOLK, VA (November 2021) - S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $19 million in sales and lease volume on 200,100 square feet and approximately 4 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • The Composite Deck Guys Inc. has leased 15,600 square feet of retail space on 1.43 acres at 1136 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, VA. Mike Zarpas represented the landlord.
  • Dollar Tree has leased 8,450 square feet of retail space at Great Neck Village Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Neal Sadler represented the landlord.
  • Take 5 Properties SPV LLC has ground leased .52 acre located at 4100 W. Mercury Boulevard in Hampton, VA. Mike Zarpas and Ben Leon represented the landlord.
  • Cavalier Enterprises has leased 3,900 square feet of industrial space at 851 Seahawk Circle, Suite 102 in Virginia Beach, VA. Pierce Jacobson represented the tenant.

  • JWN Properties, LLC has purchased an 8,500 square foot retail property on 1.005 acre located at 2600 Conduit Road in Colonial Heights, VA from Colonial Heights of AL, LLC for $2,200,000. Chris Zarpas, Mike Zarpas and Nathan Shor represented the seller.
  • Zdravets Property, LLC has purchased an 8,150 square foot office property on .17 acre located at 112 College Place in Norfolk, VA from 112 College Place Limited Partnership for $900,000. Ashley Bussey represented the seller.
  • Danville Dev 2, LLC, d/b/a Popeye’s, has purchased Lot 24D, Riverside Drive a .985 acre parcel in Danville, VA from The Daniel Group for $750,000. Zach Hernandez and Nathan Shor represented the buyer.
