NORFOLK, VA – (February 2018) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $20 million in sales and lease volume on 167,780 square feet and 7.7 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • Harbor Freight Tools USA, Inc. has leased 26,051 square feet of retail space at Hampton Plaza Shopping Center in Hampton, Virginia. Mike Zarpas and Martin Murden represented the landlord.
  • Spectrum Paint has leased 4,000 square feet of retail space at Regency Hilltop in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • Alpine Motors has leased 4,215 square feet of retail space at 829 E. Little Creek Road in Norfolk, Virginia. Martin Murden, Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the landlord.
  • Abrams Realty has leased 3,625 square feet of office/retail space located at 4640 Shore Drive in Virginia. Seth Norman represented the tenant.
  • NC Title and Tag has leased 2,700 square feet of retail space at Roanoke Rapids Plaza in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • Boost Mobile has leased 2,450 square feet of retail space at Church Street Crossing in Norfolk, Virginia. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • America’s Home Place has leased 2,300 square feet of retail space at Towne Place at Greenbrier in Chesapeake, Virginia. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord.
  • SunKissed Tan has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at James York Plaza in Williamsburg, Virginia. Neal Sadler represented the landlord.
  • Sundays Tanning Resort, Inc. has leased 1,920 square feet of retail space at WindsorMeade Marketplace in Williamsburg, Virginia. Tyler Jacobson represented the landlord.
  • Dorband Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. has leased 1,500 square feet of office space at 1312-A E. Little Creek Road in Norfolk, Virginia. Michael Myers handled the transaction.

  • Torrey Properties, LLC has purchased 7,415 square feet of residential property on .34 acre located at 4204 and 4206 Ocean Front Avenue in Virginia Beach, Virginia from Leslie I. and Dawn H. Prillaman for $4,550,000. Cheyney Cole, CCIM represented the buyer.
  • Powell Lineage Cherry Court, LLC has purchased a 15,617 square foot retail property on 1.95 acre located at 927 N. Battlefield Boulevard from Knells Ridge AP, LLC for $3,093,000. Mike Zarpas represented the buyer.
  • Doswell Ventures, LLC has purchased an 18,707 square foot apartment building on .23 acre located at 2602, 2604, 2606 Monument Avenue in Richmond, Virginia. From First Capital Funding, Inc. for $2,500,000. Reid Cardon handled the transaction.
  • SGFOUT, LLC has purchased a 3,684 square foot retail building located on 1.25 acre at 801 Battlefield Boulevard North in Chesapeake, Virginia from Dinesh K. Bhatt for $1,250,000. Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the seller.
  • Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia has purchased an acre of land located at 1124 First Colonial Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia from Southern Bank & Trust for $1,000,000. Matthew Nusbaum represented the seller.
  • LAX, LLC has purchased a 10,125 square foot retail building on 1.35 acre located at 5927 Providence Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia from Delos Realty Corporation for $920,000. Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the buyer.
  • KODU, LLC has purchased a 2,828 square foot retail building on 1 acre located at 1165 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, Virginia from Fairfax Sixplex, LLC for $565,000. Seth Norman represented the seller and Martin Murden represented the buyer.
  • HVAC Express Supply, Inc. has purchased 3,600 square feet of industrial condos located at 2513 Squadron Court, Units 107 and 109 in Virginia Beach, Virginia from Oceana South Commerce Center, LLC for $299,000. Cheyney Cole, CCIM represented the seller.
  • Patrick’s Glass has purchased the business and real estate from Glass Corporation, a 9,255 square foot building on .345 acre located at 601 E. 20th Street in Norfolk, Virginia from Glass Corporation (Business) and Woodland LTD (Real Estate). Ross A. Weinstein, Esq. handled the transaction.
