NORFOLK, VA – (April 2017) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $24 million in sales and lease volume on 157,682 square feet and 5.54 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • Optima Health has leased 45,000 square feet of office space at 824 N. Military Highway in Norfolk, VA. John M. Profilet, SIOR represented the tenant.
  • Wells Fargo Home Mortgage has leased 13,656 square feet of office space at 300 32nd Street in Virginia Beach, VA. John M. Profilet, SIOR and Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord.
  • WAWA, Inc. has ground leased 2 acres at JANAF Shopping Yard in Norfolk, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • Buffalo Wild Wings has leased 6,731 square feet of retail space at 101 S. Independence Boulevard in Virginia Beach, VA. J.C. Wynkoop represented the tenant.
  • Marcus Williams has leased 4,902 square feet of restaurant space at 156 W. Washington Street in Suffolk, VA. Sam Rapoport, Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the landlord.
  • Leslie’s Poolmart has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Town Center in Chesterfield, VA. Nathan Shor represented the tenant.
  • CGI Communications has leased 2,993 square feet of office space at Riverfront Plaza in Richmond, VA. Elliot Warsof represented the tenant.
  • James York Cleaners has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at James York Plaza Shopping Center in Williamsburg, VA. Neal Sadler represented the landlord.
  • Pie Hole Pizza has leased 2,263 square feet of retail space at Village at Swift Creek in Midlothian, VA. Bob Butcher represented the landlord.

SALE TRANSACTIONS:

  • El Tapatio III, LLC has purchased a 6,911 square foot restaurant building located on .707 acre at 1108 E. Little Creek Road in Norfolk, VA from Mung Mee Inc. for $1,400,000. Michael Myers represented the seller.
  • Savvas Sakkadas or assigns has purchased 1 acre located at 1736 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach, VA from Cataldo V, LLC and Wilmik, Inc. for $1,050,000. Chris Zarpas and Chris Devine represented the seller and Bill Overman, CCIM, John Wessling, CCIM and Chris Devine represented the buyer.
  • Brook Road V, LLC has purchased .9182 acre located at 5220 Brook Road in Richmond, VA from O Ice, LLC for $775,000. Nathan Shor represented the buyer.
  • Bay Man LLC has purchased a 7,250 square foot industrial building located on .91 acre at 1800-1836 Elmwood Avenue in Norfolk, VA from Baker & Hitchings Norfolk LLC for $350,000. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
  • R&J Motel Management has purchased .47 acre located at 900 George Washington Highway N. in Chesapeake, VA from Deep Creek Associates, LLC for $122,831. Bill Overman, CCIM, John Wessling, CCIM and Chris Devine represented the buyer.
