NORFOLK, VA (November 2020) - S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $24 million in sales and lease volume on 280,115 square feet and approximately 294 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:  

  • Ace/Mechanicsville Hardware has leased 19,841 square feet of retail space at 7026 Mechanicsville Turnpike in Mechanicsville, VA. Reid Cardon and Nathan Shor represented the tenant.
  • Catch Surfboard Co., LLC has leased 15,000 square feet of office/warehouse space at 1416 Ballentine Boulevard in Norfolk, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord and Neal Sadler and Chris Hucke represented the tenant.
  • Rebirth, Inc. has leased 11,219 square feet of retail space in Victory West at 2880-A Airline Boulevard, #4 in Portsmouth, VA. Mike Zarpas represented the landlord.

  • Miners Chicken Corp/Popeye’s has purchased an acre of commercial land located at 1379 Towne Square Boulevard in Roanoke, VA from BVA Towne Square LLC for $950,000. Nathan Shor represented the buyer.
