Norfolk, VA - (March, 2016) - S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling $32.9 million in sales and lease volume on 126,974 square feet and 49.774 acres of land for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • TAP Worldwide, LLC has leased 13,400 square feet of retail space at 8400 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, VA. Mike Zarpas represented the landlord.
  • Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. has leased 12,000 square feet of retail space at Hampton Boulevard Plaza in Norfolk, VA. Mike Zarpas represented the landlord.
  • UFC Gym has leased 8,946 square feet of retail space at J.A.N.A.F. Shopping Yard in Norfolk, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • Chesapeake Family and Implant Dentistry, PLLC has leased 3,106 square feet of office space at Oakbrook Professional Center in Chesapeake, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR and Wade Wawner represented the landlord.

SALE TRANSACTION:

  • KB Riverdale, LLC has purchased Riverdale Plaza Shopping Center located on 49.774 acres in Hampton, VA from Riverdale Plaza Shopping Center, LLC, Plaza Offices, LLC, Fiscella and Fiscella, LLC, North Riverdale, LLC for $24,887,000. Tommy Drew represented the buyer.

  • Best Brakes has renewed its lease on 37,483 square feet of industrial space at 5401 Virginia Regional Drive in Suffolk, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR and Bill Overman, CCIM represented the tenant.
