NORFOLK, VA (August 2021) - S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $35 million in sales and lease volume on 321,374 square feet and approximately 19 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • Waypoint Seafood and Grill has leased 6,600 square feet of retail space at Quarterpath Crossing Shopping Center in Williamsburg, VA. Richard Jacobson and Tyler Jacobson represented the landlord.
  • Unplugged Games Café has leased 4,040 square feet of retail space in Sycamore Square Shopping Center at 1300 Sycamore Square in Midlothian. VA. Bob Butcher and Andrew Thacker represented the landlord and Elliot Warsof represented the tenant.
