Norfolk, VA - (June, 2016) - S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling $42 million in sales and lease volume on 250,460 square feet and 79 acres of land for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices.

Some of these transactions include:

NEW LEASES:

  • Breakthru has leased 22,600 square feet of industrial space at 1347 Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the tenant.
  • Taste Unlimited has leased 6,031 square feet of retail space at 409 W. 21st Street in Norfolk, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord.
  • The Law Offices of Peter T. Nicholl has leased 4,657 square feet of office space at 355 Crawford Street in Portsmouth, VA. John M. Profilet, SIOR represented the Landlord.
  • Great Lakes Dredge & Dock, LLC has leased a 4,441 square foot office/retail building located at 7453 Tidewater Drive in Norfolk, VA. Seth Norman represented the landlord.
  • ABC Store #415 has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at Great Neck Village in Virginia Beach, VA. Neal Sadler represented the landlord.
  • Honey Butter’s Kitchen, Inc. has leased 2,800 square feet of retail space at Monticello Marketplace in Williamsburg, VA. Tyler Jacobson represented the landlord.
  • Virginia Paving has leased 2,000 square feet of office space at 1100 W. Little Creek Road in Norfolk, VA. Seth Norman represented the tenant.
  • Norfolk Seafood, Inc. has leased 1,700 square feet of retail space at JANAF Shopping Yard in Norfolk, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • Dances with Wool, LLC has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at Sycamore Square Shopping Center in Midlothian, VA. Bob Butcher represented the landlord.
  • Great Day Spa, LLC has leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at 4429 Shore Drive in Virginia Beach, VA. Seth Norman represented the landlord.
  • Invitation to Party has leased 864 square feet of office space at Sycamore Square Shopping Center in Midlothian, VA. Bob Butcher represented the landlord.
  • Reviving Wellness Counseling, LLC has leased 774 square feet of office space at 3630 South Plaza Trail in Virginia Beach, VA. Chris Devine represented the landlord.
  • Averitt Express, Inc. has leased .75 acre of land located at 3015 Airline Boulevard in Portsmouth, VA. Michael Myers represented the landlord.

SALE TRANSACTIONS:

  • The Ratcliffe Group, LLC has purchased 1.315 acre located at 4245 Pouncey Tract Road in Glen Allen, VA from CD Restaurants, Inc. for $2,100,000. Nathan Shor and Reid Cardon handled the transaction.
  • Bulifants 207, LLC has purchased a 2,243 square foot office condominium located at 207-A Bulifants Boulevard in Williamsburg, VA from Williamsburg Office, LLC for $130,094. John M. Profilet, SIOR represented the buyer.

LEASE RENEWALS/EXTENSIONS/EXPANSIONS:

  • Food Lion has exercised its option on 42,600 square feet of retail space at The Crossing at Deep Creek in Chesapeake, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord.
  • Sheetz has renewed its lease on 1.31 acre outparcel located at Huguenot Village Shopping Center in Chesterfield, VA. Bob Butcher represented the landlord.
  • Stability for Life has extended its lease on 7,300 square feet of retail space at Regency Hilltop in Virginia Beach, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • Navy Federal exercised its option on 6,000 square feet of retail space at Regency Hilltop in Virginia Beach, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has renewed its lease on 5,200 square feet of retail space located at 10089 Brook Road in Glen Allen, VA. Nathan Shor represented the landlord.
  • Leslie’s Poolmart has extended its lease on 3,980 square feet of retail space at Glenwood Square II in Chesapeake, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord.
