NORFOLK, VA (September 2021) - S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $44 million in sales and lease volume on 363,676 square feet and approximately 66 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • Whiting-Turner Contracting Company has leased 60,000 square feet of industrial space at 201 Regional Parkway in Orangeburg, SC. Douglas Tice, III and Zach Hernandez represented the tenant.
  • Spirit Halloween has leased 12,505 square feet of retail space at Loehmann’s Plaza in Virginia Beach, VA. Maggie Spillane represented the landlord.
  • Smile By Design has leased 4,460 square feet of office space in Convergence Center Three at 272 Bendix Road, Suite 650 in Virginia Beach, VA. Michael Myers represented the tenant.
  • Sun Fuel, LLC has leased a 1.2030 acre parcel at WindsorMeade Marketplace in Williamsburg, VA. Tyler Jacobson represented the landlord.
  • Checkers has ground leased .750 acre in the Shoppes at Spring Creek located at 10923 James Madison Highway in Louisa, VA. Elliot Warsof and Nathan Shor represented the tenant.
