NORFOLK, VA (July 2021) - S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $48 million in sales and lease volume on 460,235 square feet and approximately 47 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • Rolling Frito-Lay Sales, LP has leased 228,564 square feet of industrial space at 1200 Court Street in Portsmouth, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the tenant.
  • Cutlass Grille has leased 5,489 square feet of retail space at Towne Place at Greenbrier in Chesapeake, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord.
  • Helping Hands Thrift Store has leased 5,000 square feet of retail space at 7028 George Washington Memorial Highway in Gloucester, VA. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
  • Fitness Vibes 757 has leased 3,771 square feet of retail space at Mattress Firm Plaza in Virginia Beach, VA. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
