NORFOLK, VA – (May 2019) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $7.3 million in sales and lease volume on 74,717 square feet and approximately 3.2 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • KD Company has leased 16,517 square feet of industrial space at 2842 Cromwell Road in Norfolk, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR and Sam Rapoport represented the landlord.
  • West End Cross Fit, LLC has leased 6,561 square feet of warehouse space at 3941 Deep Rock Road in Henrico, VA. Andrew Thacker represented the tenant.
  • Wendy’s has leased 3,800 square feet of retail space at Hampton Harbor located at 1006-O Settlers Landing Road, Hampton, VA. Janet Moore, CCIM represented the tenant.
  • The Katsias Company has leased 3,800 square feet of office space at 3720 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach, VA. Sam Rapoport represented the Landlord.
  • Coulter Supplies LTD, Inc. has leased 2,760 square feet of flex space located at 7527 Avenue J, Suites A and B in Norfolk, VA. Mike Zarpas represented the landlord.
  • Amp Electric has leased 1,759 square feet of industrial space at 2150 Carter Gallier Boulevard, Suite E in Powhatan, VA. Zach Brenner represented the landlord.
  • Beltone has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at Little Creek Marketplace in Norfolk, VA. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
  • McGrath’s Burger Shack has leased 1,280 square feet of retail space at Millwood Shopping Center in Chesapeake, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord and Mike Zarpas represented the tenant.
  • Vape Guys Inc. has leased 1,220 square feet of retail space at Sliding Hill Corner located at 10393-A Sliding Hill Road in Ashland, VA. Andrew Thacker and Bob Butcher represented the landlord.
  • Miracle Ear has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Suffolk Plaza Shopping Center in Suffolk, VA. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
  • Autohub has leased 1,105 SF of retail space at 4218-A West Broad Street in Richmond, VA. Graham Sheridan and Colin Williams represented the tenant.
  • Princess Anne Nutrition Corner has leased 750 square feet of retail space at Princess One Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord.
  • TMX Intermodal has leased 290 square feet and 1 acre of land located at 2400 E. Indian River Road in Norfolk, VA. Pierce Jacobson represented the landlord.

SALE TRANSACTIONS:

  • KH CC Pad LLC has purchased a 3,948 square foot Burger King building on 1.11 acres located at 1901 S. Military Highway in Chesapeake, VA from William Liu and Chialing Wang Liu, Trustees of the William and Chialing Liu Family Trust for $1,875,000. Mike Zarpas represented the buyer.
  • Paleteq, Inc. has purchased a 5,107 square foot, fully-equipped restaurant building on 1.0948 acre from JSB Partners LLC & Mulligan Bread Co., LLC for $1,600,000. Chris Zarpas and Ross Weinstein represented the seller.

LEASE RENEWALS/EXTENSIONS/EXPANSIONS:

  • Kelly’s Tavern exercised its option on 6,873 square feet of retail space at Regency Hilltop in Virginia Beach, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • Rick and Libby’s has extended its lease on 3,200 square feet of retail space at Warwick Village Shopping Center in Newport News, VA. Tyler Jacobson represented the landlord.
  • Paden Cold Storage LLC has renewed its lease on 2,200 square feet of industrial space located at 5400 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach, VA. Pierce Jacobson and Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord.
  • Hair Cuttery has extended its lease on 1,920 square feet of retail space at Loehmann’s Plaza Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • Subway has extended its lease on 1,600 square feet of retail space at Quarterpath Crossing in Williamsburg, VA. Tyler Jacobson represented the landlord.
