NEW LEASES:

  • Nightmare Foundation Inc. has leased 16,276 square feet of industrial space at 1157 Production Road in Norfolk, VA. Andrew Myers and Michael Myers represented the landlord.
  • Swift Air Logistics has leased 9,067 square feet of industrial space at 5733 Bayside Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord.
  • Stability for Life has leased 7,300 square feet of retail space at Regency Hilltop Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • Brew has leased 1,375 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Meadows Shopping Center in Chesterfield, VA. Peter Bunin represented the landlord.
  • M & WP Enterprises, LLC has leased 1,100 square feet of retail space at Suffolk Village Shopping Center in Suffolk, VA. Christopher Hucke represented the landlord and Ross A. Weinstein, Esq. represented the tenant.
  • Loyalty Painting has leased 948 square feet of retail space at Sycamore Square in Midlothian, VA. Bob Butcher represented the landlord.

  • ABSS Norfolk LLC has purchased the 2,279 square foot Burger King restaurant located at 8506 Hampton Boulevard in Norfolk, VA from Hampton Boulevard Partners, LLC for $1,000,000. Jerry Adams represented the seller.
  • Pavement Paradise, LLC has purchased a 9,076 square foot commercial building located at 529 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach, VA from Lawrence W. Everett for $816,000. Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the seller.
  • 923 LLC has purchased a 10,500 square foot retail/office building on 1.372 acres located at 923 Glenrock Road in Norfolk, VA for $815,000. Michael Myers represented the seller.
