  • Continental Terminals has leased 38,500 square feet of industrial space at 3941 Holland Road in Chesapeake, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord and Michael Myers represented the tenant.
  • Finfit has leased 11,887 square feet of office space at 272 Bendix Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Christopher Zarpas represented the tenant.
  • Banker's Life and Casualty Company has leased 3,799 square feet of office space at 609 Independence Parkway in Chesapeake, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the tenant.
  • KidzWorld has leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at College Park Square in Virginia Beach, VA. Tyler Jacobson represented the landlord.
  • 9Round Fitness and Kickboxing has leased 1,495 square feet of retail space at 2301 Urchin Road in Virginia Beach, VA. John Wessling, CCIM and Bill Overman, CCIM represented the tenant.

  • Old Dominion Peanut Corporation has purchased a 10,500 square foot flex/warehouse building located on 16,000 square feet of land at 226 24th Street in Norfolk, VA from Deborah and Richard Setzer for $459,500. Christopher Zarpas represented the seller.
  • 2109-2111 Granby Street, LLC has purchased 6,600 square feet of commercial building located at 2109-2111 Granby Street in Norfolk, VA from Maury Kroll Declaration of Trust for $370,000. Michael P. Zarpas represented the buyer and Michael Myers represented the seller.
  • RR Company of America, Inc. has purchased 5,130 square foot commercial building on 7,840 square feet of land located at 730-734 Patton Street in Danville, VA from Kriscorp Investor, Inc. for $95,908. Christopher Zarpas represented the buyer.
