Norfolk, VA - (April, 2016) - S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. (“SLN”) is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been named Partners and Shareholders in the Company:

Steve Boyce - Senior Vice President, Co-Director, Multi-Family Management

Steve joined SLN in 2004 and teams with Aaron Wyatt to oversee all operations, management, marketing and compliance functions of the Multi-Family Property Management Department.  In addition, Steve is responsible for new business development, the oversight of major rehabilitation projects and new multi-family development consulting.. 

Richard Counselman - Vice President


Richard started his career with SLN in 2004. In that same year, he joined the Multi-Family Development group and has since been actively involved in all aspects of development for several thousand apartment units throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Christopher Hucke - Vice President


Chris has been with SLN since 2002 and is part of the Shopping Center Leasing Department. In this role, he is responsible for landlord/tenant lease negotiations, trade area analysis, budget forecasting and leasing new development projects and existing properties in the Hampton Roads, Virginia market.

Tyler Jacobson - Vice President


Tyler joined SLN in 2011 and currently works in the Shopping Center Leasing Department. He is responsible for landlord/tenant lease negotiations, and leasing new and existing properties in the Hampton Roads, Virginia market.

Bill Overman, CCIM - Commercial Brokerage & Development


Bill has been with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. since 2009 and focuses on commercial brokerage and development. Bill devotes a large part of his practice to working with clients in multi-family development and investment sales.

Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR - Vice President


Stephanie joined SLN in 2009 and specializes in landlord/owner representation and tenant/buyer representation to include market analysis and lease and sales contract negotiation for industrial, office and retail brokerage throughout Hampton Roads and North Carolina.

Nathan A. Shor - Senior Vice President, Regional Director


Nathan joined S.L. Nusbaum in 2013 and has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1982. In his role as Regional Director, he oversees the day-to-day operation of the Richmond office and specializes in the sales, leasing and development of all product lines.

Sharon Swanberg - Vice President


Sharon has been with SLN since 1989. In addition to being a key member of the commercial and multi-family development team, Sharon is also responsible for the day-to-day operations/asset management of SLN's headquarters building, the Wells Fargo Center.

John Wessling, CCIM - Vice President


John began his career with SLN in 2009 and focuses on commercial brokerage and development. John specializes in retail tenant representation and investment sales to include hotel, multi-family, retail and office property transactions.

Aaron Wyatt - Senior Vice President, Co-Director, Multi-Family Management


Aaron joined SLN in 2004 and teams with Steve Boyce to oversee all operations, management, marketing and compliance functions of the Multi-Family Property Management Department.  In addition, Aaron is responsible for new business development, the oversight of major rehabilitation projects and new multi-family development consulting.
