RICHMOND, VA (June 2017) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that 929 Associates, LLC has purchased the newly constructed Dollar General store located at 3860 Lewis B. Puller Memorial Highway in Shacklefords, VA from Par 5 Development for $1,420,000.

Nathan Shor, Senior Vice President and Regional Director of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.’s Richmond office, represented the buyer in this transaction.

929 Associates, LLC is owned by brothers, Glenn and Steve Payne.

Shor also assisted in the sale of the brothers former property, Woody’s Auto Service, located at 929 Myers Street in Richmond, VA, which facilitated this acquisition with a 1031 tax free exchange.
