In Virginia, to obtain a Broker’s license, the real estate sales person must complete additional training relating to supervision and management of real estate agents and the management of real estate brokerage firms. In addition, the prospective broker must take ethics and standards of conduct, fair housing, legal updates and emerging trends, real estate agency and real estate contracts training.
Tyler graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in both Management and Real Estate and currently works in the Shopping Center Leasing Department, responsible for landlord/tenant lease negotiations, and leasing new and existing properties in the Hampton Roads, Virginia market.
