In addition to personally managing a portfolio of shopping centers, Rob manages a team of property management professionals that oversees the daily operation of approximately 50 community shopping centers in three states. His responsibilities include establishing the Shopping Center Management Department’s policies and procedures, overseeing the annual property budget process and master insurance program, reviewing real estate tax assessments, conducting property financial analyses, providing property valuations, resolving major Landlord-Tenant issues, and handling Owner inquiries.
Rob oversees a staff of 4 Property Managers, one Collections Manager, a Property Management Coordinator, an Executive Assistant, and numerous on-site Maintenance Technicians.
