Jacobson

Tyler joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2011 and served as an Associate in the company’s Shopping Center Leasing division. In 2016, he became a Partner in the firm and Senior Vice President in 2023. Tyler is a Principal and/or Managing Partner on several developments and acquisition projects, ranging from grocery-anchored shopping centers to single and multi-tenant buildings.

Tyler currently handles a portfolio of over one million square feet of commercial space, valued at over $200 million. In addition to providing contract negotiation and leasing services on behalf of clients and property landlords, he focusses on identifying development opportunities and properties for acquisition throughout the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets.
